If your state society has NOT submitted their list of delegates to AMTand you register, AMTwill not know how your registration is being funded. You are strongly encouraged to wait and register until AFTER your state has submitted your name as a delegate and your active status has been confirmed. The deadline for your state to submit is May 1. There will be plenty of space for attendees at all courses and events. The deadline for registration is Thursday, June 27. No refunds or changes will be accepted following this date.

Attendee Registration

Registration includes admission to all the of the CE Sessions and meetings Monday-Thursday including daily breakfast and refreshments breaks. It also includes one ticket to the Welcome Reception and one ticket to the Awards Banquet. All attendees are expected to attend both social events. Social event tickets are not eligible for expense reimbursement and are not refunded from the standard attendee registration fee. If an attendee wants to bring a guest, the guest must have a guest registration and purchase a Welcome Reception and/or an Awards Banquet ticket separately.

Student Registration

Student registration includes access to all CE sessions and meetings Monday-Wednesday, daily breakfast, refreshments, one (1) Welcome Reception ticket, and one (1) Awards Banquet ticket. Students may not attend Thursday events, including the Annual Business Meeting.

Guest Registration

Those attendees that are accompanying an AMTDelegate, or a registered attendee, can choose to purchase:

  • A guest registration that includes admission to daily breakfasts and refreshments Monday-Thursday. OR
  • Social event tickets if they want to attend the Welcome Reception and/or the Awards Banquet. Social event tickets are NOT sold onsite. OR
  • Both a guest registration and social event ticket(s). This option provides access to the daily breakfast and refreshment breaks and a ticket to either the Welcome Party and/or the Awards Banquet.

Guests are not admitted to CE Sessions or AMTBusiness Meetings.

Student Registration

Student registration includes access to all CE sessions and meetings Monday-Wednesday, daily breakfast, refreshments, one (1) Welcome Reception ticket, and one (1) Awards Banquet ticket. Students may not attend Thursday events, including the Annual Business Meeting.

Hotel Reservations

The 2024 AMTAnnual Meeting is being held at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch, which is offering a special group rate of $159 per night. The hotel honors 色中色app’s room rate and will begin taking reservations on Monday, March 11. The special group rate of $159 is not guaranteed on reservations made prior to March 11.

Ensure you make your reservation at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch on or before Sunday, June 16. You will be subject to paying a higher room rate if you make a reservation after that date.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that your room may not be ready if you arrive earlier than Check-in and you may incur fees if you Check-out after the posted Check-out time.

The hotel is 100% non-smoking.

Air Travel

Purchase your air travel to and from the St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL). The airport is located 20 miles from the hotel. If you are a delegate, you will receive specific instructions for making your airline and hotel reservations.

To/From the Hotel

You have a few options when you arrive in St. Louis to get to and from the airport. Please note that there is no airport shuttle provided by the hotel.

Purchase all the CE or purchase just the CE in the track relevant to you. The virtual conference is online and will be available for 30 days, but you can attend the recommended daily schedule so that you can virtually network with your colleagues while attending great CE.

What are the dates for the 2024 AMTAnnual Meeting?
The AMTAnnual Meeting will be held Monday, July 8 to Friday, July 12, 2024.

Where is the Annual Meeting taking place?
The AMTAnnual Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch, located at 315 Chestnut Street, St. Louis, MO 63102.

Who can attend the AMTAnnual Meeting?
The AMTAnnual Meeting is open to everyone, including allied health industry professionals, employers, program directors, and students. AMTwelcomes guests of attendees to participate in some events. Guests and children are not permitted to attend continuing education (CE) classes.

Can I attend virtually?
Yes! An AMTVirtual Annual Meeting CE Event will be available for purchase in the coming months. Attend during the recommended schedule or take your time and complete the CE over the course of 30 days between September 9 and October 11, 2024.

Will there be an Exhibit Hall?
AMTis offering table space and opportunities to industry representatives to sponsor and showcase their product/organization in a large networking space, with lots of attendee traffic. Email amtmeetings@americanmedtech.org for more information.

What are the COVID-19 Protocols?
AMTis committed to providing a safe environment for annual meeting attendees, including following CDC guidance and complying with state and local public health requirements. Attendees are encouraged to practice social distancing while attending the Annual Meeting. If exhibiting COVID-like symptoms, an attendee should seek medical attention and refrain from attending CE sessions, meetings, and social events.

When will registration open?
Attendee registration is now open! Registration opened on Monday, March 11, 2024.

When does online registration close?
Online registration closes on Thursday, June 27 at 3:00 PM CT. You can register onsite in St. Louis, MO beginning Sunday, July 7 at 12:00 PM CT.

How much does it cost to register?
The member attendee registration rate is $295, the nonmember attendee rate is $355, and the student attendee rate is $145.

Attendee registration includes one (1) Welcome Reception ticket and one (1) Awards Banquet ticket. If guests want to accompany an attendee to the Welcome Reception and/or the Awards Banquet, they must purchase a ticket.

The deadline to purchase Welcome Reception and Awards Banquet tickets is Thursday, June 27, 2024.

What is the deadline to cancel my registration?
The deadline to cancel your registration to avoid penalties is Thursday, June 27, 3:00 PM CT. No refunds are provided after that date/time. A $50 processing fee is applied to canceled registrations.

How can I avoid long lines at the registration desk?
Skip the long registration line and use your registration confirmation. After checking-in via our Annual Meeting computers, your printed badge and other registration materials are available for pick-up.

Do I need to wear my badge while attending the Annual Meeting?
Yes. Plan to always wear your badge during the Annual Meeting. Your badge will have a QR Code that is needed for access to all CE sessions, social events, etc. Without it, entry to the event you are trying to attend may be delayed.

Are any social event tickets onsite in St. Louis?
Attendee/student registration includes one (1) Welcome Reception ticket and one (1) Awards Banquet ticket. If guests want to accompany an attendee to the Welcome Reception and/or the Awards Banquet, they must purchase a ticket.

Can I purchase extra social event tickets onsite in St. Louis?
No. Tickets can only be purchased via the online registration system. The deadline to purchase extra Welcome Reception and Awards Banquet tickets is Thursday, June 27, 3:00 PM CT. Attendees are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets prior to the Annual Meeting.

Do I need to sign up for each CE session I would like to attend?
All the AMTCE breakout sessions are available on a first come, first-seated basis, including the keynote and general sessions. Please do indicate which CE sessions you are interested in, as it helps staff plan and coordinate the best room to hold each session.

Note that your Annual Meeting badge will need to be scanned to enter CE Sessions for tracking into 色中色apprax.

Do I need my badge to attend CE sessions?
Yes. Each attendee attending a CE session, including the keynote, general sessions, and breakouts, will need their badge to enter. Badges will be scanned, and your attendance will be recorded and tracked in 色中色apprax. Attendees will no longer need to sign an attendance roster. But for your attendance to be tracked, your Annual Meeting attendee badge will need to be scanned prior to each session.

What is the maximum number of CE hours I can earn?
You can earn up to nine (9) hours of CE depending on which sessions you attend. Credit for participation in the educational program at the AMTAnnual Meeting is calculated per hour for certification maintenance purposes.

I live in Florida. Are the AMTAnnual Meeting CE Sessions accepted in the state of Florida?
Yes. Credits earned at the AMTAnnual Meeting are accepted by the state of Florida (CE Broker #50-2206. Note: If you have a Florida license number, please go to your My AMTPortal, select Update My Information, and enter it into the Professional License Number section at the bottom of the page.

I live in California. Are the AMTAnnual Meeting CE Sessions accepted in the state of California?
Yes. Credits earned at the AMTAnnual Meeting are accepted by the state of California (Provider #0061) for MLS, MLT, and RPT licensure renewal. Note: If you have a California Department of Public Health license number, please go to your My AMTPortal, select Update My Information, and enter it into the Professional License Number section at the bottom of the page.

Can my guest or spouse attend CE sessions?
No. Only Annual Meeting registrants can attend educational sessions and earn CE credit.

How do I track my CE Session attendance?
Your badge will be scanned while entering CE Sessions at the Annual Meeting. Your attendance will automatically be tracked in 色中色apprax. Attendees are still encouraged to keep track of which sessions they attended and to check 色中色apprax to ensure their attendance was documented.

Are CE Session Handouts available to download?
No. There are no attendee handouts.

Will I be able to fill out a session evaluation for each CE Session I attend?
Yes! Attendees will have the opportunity to complete an online evaluation for the overall Annual Meeting and for each CE session attended. Attendees will be sent an email from amtmeetings@americanmedtech.org with links to complete the surveys. Completing these evaluations helps to improve future meetings.

Who is eligible to vote during the Annual Business Meeting?
Credentialed AMTdelegates will receive an electronic ballot from Electionbuddy.com via their email or text message on Wednesday, July 10 at 3:00 PM CT. The window for voting is open until Thursday, July 11 at 1:00 PM CT.

What if I have questions or need help?
Visit the voting/delegate changes/help desk where an an AMTstaff member will be available to answer any questions or help with accessing the ballot. It is imperative that all delegates have a non-work-related email or cell phone number on file before the voting begins. Delegates can update their information by logging into their My AMTPortal.

A printed copy of the Annual Business Meeting reports will be available to delegates upon check-in and available online in the Delegate online community library.

The 2025 AMTAnnual Meeting will be held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, July 20-25.

How do I propose to present a CE session at the 2025 AMTAnnual Meeting?
The 2025 Call for Proposals opens on Monday, May 6, and closes on Monday, September 30, 11:59 PM CT. NOTE: Only those proposals submitted via the online Call for Proposals form will be considered.
