Thank you for attending the 2023 AMTAnnual Meeting!

The 2024 AMTAnnual Meeting will be held from Monday, July 8 to Thursday, July 12 in St. Louis, Missouri .

É«ÖÐÉ«app’s Annual Meeting equips allied health professionals to take on new challenges and leadership roles that benefit both the individual attendee and the profession. At the AMTAnnual Meeting you can expect to:

This meeting is for all AMTmembers and allied health professionals who are interested in growing their engagement with É«ÖÐÉ«app. No matter what stage of your career, É«ÖÐÉ«app’s Annual Meeting is key to your professional development journey.

  • Rising Stars: Attendees with a desire to get involved with É«ÖÐÉ«app, and little or no prior leadership experience
  • Experienced Leaders: Attendees with prior experience as volunteer leaders who want more engagement and opportunities to develop new skills
  • Presiding Leaders: Attendees who have served as chair or president of a volunteer body, or as CEO or executive director, and want to perfect their leadership skills

2024 Call for Programs is Now Open! 

The search is now on for those wanting to present educational content at the AMT2024 Annual Meeting, which will take place July 8-12, 2024, in St. Louis, Missouri at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch. AMTis looking for professionals interested in sharing their knowledge and expertise to an audience in the allied health field. 

AMTstrives to provide a broad range of continuing education that will enhance the professional competency of annual meeting attendees. To provide meaningful, current, and relevant educational programs, sessions need to be interesting and informative for both the newcomer and the experienced professional. 

This is a significant opportunity to share your knowledge with the allied health community. Proposals are being accepted in one of the following curriculum tracks:

  • Allied Health Instructing
  • Dental Assisting  
  • Medical Assisting   
  • Laboratory   
  • Phlebotomy   
  • Leadership and Professional Development   
  • Other Allied Health Professions 

Helpful Information

  • Call for Programs closes on Monday, September 25, 2023, 11:59 PM CT.
  • ONLY those programs submitted via the online Call for Programs form will be considered. 
  • You do not need to be a member of AMTto submit a program. 
  • There is no cost for submitting a program.  
  • Programs being submitted will be reviewed by É«ÖÐÉ«app’s Scientific/Speaker Committee.
  • Final selections will be made by January 31, 2024. Speakers will be notified in February 2024.
